Payment and Insurance

I am considered a private pay, out-of-network provider. I accept payments at the time of service by cash, check, health savings account card, debit card, or credit card. You will receive monthly super-bill statements that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I do not bill insurance providers or complete insurance paperwork on behalf of my clients.

FEE SCHEDULE —Effective January 1, 2025

  • All therapy and consultation time will be charged at a rate of $31 per 15 minutes. For example:

    • $62 per 30 minutes

    • $93 per 45 minutes

    • $124 per 60 minutes

  • Evaluation costs vary depending on the type and length of assessment. The full cost will be provided to you before scheduling an evaluation. Payment is due on the date of the first evaluation appointment.

Good Faith Estimate

Clients have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much their medical care will cost.

Under Federal law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
